Preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday week

It seemed as though the trouble ticket log was dwindling this week.  Perhaps the majority of our customers are focusing on their own plans for the upcoming week and the Thanksgiving holiday.  My crew spent the majority of our week finishing up the heavy load of cabling projects on the table.  Who knows what next week will bring.  Will we get to enjoy the holiday week with our families?  Or, will disaster strike?  Either way, we will be ready…the life of an IT guy — always available for emergency support.
